Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or repeating patterns in their lives or relationships that they don’t fully understand.
You may find yourself overthinking, struggling with anxiety, experiencing depression or low mood, feeling disconnected in relationships, or trying to cope with the impact of past experiences. Sometimes people simply reach a point where they realise they cannot continue carrying everything on their own.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to understand what is happening beneath the surface of your life.
I offer a confidential, supportive environment where we can explore the difficulties you are facing at a pace that feels right for you.
You May Be Feeling
If any of this feels familiar, therapy can offer a space to explore what is happening and begin to move forward.

My Approach
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and adapt my work to the individual needs of each client.
My work is grounded in person-centred and trauma-informed principles. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is central to meaningful change, and I aim to provide a space that feels thoughtful, respectful, and collaborative.
What I Can Help With...
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. Often, it’s not just one thing — more a sense that something isn’t quite right, or hasn’t been for a while.
I work with:
Relationships
Narcissistic and emotionally difficult relationships
Attachment patterns and relationship difficulties
Boundaries, people-pleasing and loss of self
Trauma
Childhood experiences and emotional neglect
Abuse and complex trauma
Ongoing impact of past experiences
Addiction
Alcohol or substance use
Recovery, relapse, and maintaining change
Support for partners and families affected by addiction
Mental Health
Anxiety and overthinking
Depression and low mood
Stress, burnout and emotional overwhelm
Patterns
Feeling stuck or lost
Repeating unhelpful patterns
Low self-worth and harsh self-criticism
You do not need to have everything clearly defined before coming to therapy. Many people simply have a sense that something in their life does not feel right and want a space to explore it.
